Bill Morgan is a Baltimore, Ohio area digital photographer specializing in PhotoArt. Bill's interest in photography dates back to watching his Uncle Jack work on black and white photos in the basement darkroom when he was just a kid. Today he carries the camera almost everywhere he goes in his attempt to "find the art in the so-called ordinary".
